• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for a new project and looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities and project execution on-site for MBG. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and oversee overall on-site construction operations, workflows, and subcontractor performance - Ensure project execution adheres to engineering specifications, safety standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks - Coordinate between technical office teams, site engineers, and project leadership to resolve site challenges promptly • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline - Proven managerial and on-site supervisory experience managing large-scale building/construction projects - Strong leadership, site planning, resource allocation, and communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Egypt (MBG project site) - Position Type: Full-time on-site project role • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their CV to the recruitment contact.
