Role & Company / Project Overview: Tarrad Developments LLC is looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering execution across high-rise building developments in Dubai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee the planning, installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems in high-rise towers. • Coordinate MEP contractors and specialists, review engineering submittals, and ensure integration with civil and architectural structures. • Supervise regulatory compliance with DEWA, Civil Defence, and local Dubai engineering guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 10 years of UAE construction experience (managerial criteria). • Mandatory experience managing MEP scopes on high-rise building projects. • Solid technical mastery of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety systems. • Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. • Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
