Role & Company / Project Overview: Tarrad Developments LLC is looking for highly experienced and qualified construction professionals to join their growing team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise building projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide overall executive leadership, strategic direction, and project governance for ongoing and upcoming high-rise construction developments. • Direct project delivery teams, oversee contractual milestones, and manage prime stakeholder, consultant, and contractor relationships. • Ensure high-rise projects comply fully with UAE construction standards, safety codes, and municipality regulations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in the construction industry (mandatory for managerial positions). • High-rise building construction experience is mandatory. • Strong technical knowledge, project execution capabilities, and familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations. • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
