• Role & Company / Project Overview: Tarrad Development is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with high-rise building development experience on the client/developer side. Immediate joiners are needed. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Direct and manage procurement processes for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for high-rise buildings - Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost efficiency - Oversee compliance with project specifications, delivery schedules, and budgets • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience managing procurement for high-rise building developments on the client/developer side - Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain oversight skills - Availability: Immediate joiners preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Onsite full-time role • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard company compensation package • Application Instructions: - Submit updated CV to the recruitment email address.
