Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Tarrad Developments LLC is looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman to generate architectural and construction shop drawings for high-rise towers in Dubai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, shop drawings, section details, and as-built plans using CAD and drafting tools. • Incorporate architectural revisions, consultant mark-ups, and site coordination adjustments accurately. • Maintain organized CAD standards, drawing register logs, and documentation for authority approvals. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience as an architectural draftsman. • Mandatory high-rise building drafting experience. • Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting software, with strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and detailing. • Strong attention to technical accuracy, coordination, and team collaboration. • Preference given to candidates available immediately or on short notice.
