• Role & Company / Project Overview A leading company in the construction industry in the UAE is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Facade Draftsman to join their dynamic team in Dubai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare and manage comprehensive facade drafting, detailing, and technical documentation. - Develop accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details. - Coordinate drawing submissions and ensure alignment with facade systems, materials, and construction practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong experience in facade drafting and detailing. - High proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant facade design software. - Proven track record and hands-on experience in producing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details. - Solid understanding and good knowledge of facade systems, materials, and site construction practices. - UAE experience is preferred. - Candidates currently available in the UAE are encouraged to apply. - Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Work environment: Onsite construction/engineering office • Compensation & Benefits - Standard industry compensation aligned with experience (not specified in post) • Application Instructions - Send updated CV mentioning 'Senior Facade Draftsman – Dubai' in the subject line.
