Role & Company / Project Overview: HItA Solutions is hiring a hands-on Facade Designer in Dubai, UAE for a full-time position. Facade work is where a drawing either builds or it doesn't. If you have spent years turning design intent into shop drawings that actually got fabricated and installed, this role is for turning design intent into accurate, buildable drawings. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare shop, fabrication, and installation drawings for facade systems including curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and aluminium works • Prepare material take-offs and Bills of Materials (BOM) for procurement and production • Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments, and resubmit within agreed timelines • Maintain an up-to-date drawing register and track submission and approval status • Coordinate with engineering, production, and site teams so drawings match what is built Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 10 years of facade drafting and design experience • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field • Strong command of AutoCAD (essential requirement) • Revit / BIM knowledge is a strong advantage • Good understanding of facade systems, aluminium profiles, and glazing details • GCC / UAE project experience is preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates • Employment Type: Full-time onsite Application Instructions: • Submit CV and a portfolio of drawings only by email with the subject line 'Facade Designer'.
