Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for a JS4 – Lead Data Center Optical Engineer with a leading client in Denver, Colorado. You will lead optical infrastructure delivery, remote hands support, and operational assurance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead complex optical fibre installations, migrations, break/fix, and remote hands activities. • Perform and evaluate optical testing results. • Audit third-party technicians, ensure alignment with network blueprints, and enforce MOP procedures. • Guide technicians and interface directly with customer stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3–15 years of optical infrastructure or data center operations experience. • Proven track record in team leadership and client engagement. • Advanced skills in optical testing, fibre architecture, and troubleshooting. • U.S. Work Authorization: Client does not sponsor visas (no H-1, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, TN, F-1 CPT, or EAD). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Denver, Colorado. • Shift Work: Must work designated morning (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) or afternoon/evening (3:30 PM – 10:30 PM) shifts. • Travel: Must be comfortable travelling within the geographic area.
