Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for a JS4 – Lead Data Center Optical Engineer in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. This role oversees critical optical infrastructure, remote hands, and complex migrations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead optical transport operations, fibre migrations, and remediation. • Perform remote hands interventions and thorough optical test validations. • Audit third-party technicians and review network diagrams, engineering blueprints, and MOPs. • Provide senior-level team leadership and customer interaction. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3–15 years of optical infrastructure or data center operations experience. • Demonstrated team leadership and customer relationship management. • Expertise in optical testing, fibre cable management, and high-quality deployment. • U.S. Work Authorization: No visa sponsorship provided. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. • Shifts: Morning (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) or Afternoon/Evening (3:30 PM – 10:30 PM). • Travel: Willingness to travel between facilities within the region.
