Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for a JS3 – Data Center Technician III (Lead) in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. Leads field operations, optical testing, and vendor management across data center campuses. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead single-mode/multimode fibre installations, migrations, and break/fix maintenance. • Execute optical testing using OTDR, power meters, and VFL. • Supervise third-party technicians and ensure compliance with MOPs and engineering drawings. • Drive customer engagement and maintain high-quality execution standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3–15 years of technical infrastructure or data center operations experience. • Proven team leadership and direct customer interaction experience. • Deep expertise in fibre optics, testing equipment, and optical transport infrastructure. • U.S. Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship not supported. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. • Shifts: Morning (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) or Afternoon/Evening (3:30 PM – 10:30 PM). • Travel: Inter-facility travel within the DFW metroplex.
