Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Khmer Beverages is hiring an R&D Supervisor to lead formulation, product development, and innovation for its new product ventures: Milk, Tea, Noodle, and Detergent. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead research, development, formulation, and commercialization of new products across beverage, food, and home care categories. - Conduct benchtop trials, pilot plant experiments, sensory evaluations, and stability/shelf-life testing. - Source and evaluate new ingredients, chemicals, and raw materials with suppliers. - Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, packaging, and marketing teams during scale-up. - Formulate technical product specifications, recipes, and regulatory compliance documents. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical disciplines. - Demonstrable research and development experience in FMCG, food/dairy/tea processing, or chemical/detergent product formulation. - Strong scientific methodology, creative problem-solving skills, and knowledge of regulatory/labeling standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Cambodia (Khmer Beverages R&D and manufacturing facility). - Standard full-time business hours. • Compensation & Benefits: - Attractive remuneration package with career growth opportunities. • Application Instructions: - Interested applicants should submit their detailed resume to the official contact email or call the recruitment team.
