• Role & Company / Project Overview: Khmer Beverages is expanding into new business categories—including Milk, Tea, Noodle, and Detergent—and is hiring a passionate and talented Production Supervisor to join its growing production department. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise daily manufacturing and production operations across designated new business lines (Milk, Tea, Noodle, or Detergent). - Monitor production lines to ensure output targets, manufacturing schedules, and operational KPIs are consistently achieved. - Coordinate workflow, manage floor manpower, and enforce strict workplace safety and environmental standards. - Oversee machine throughput and liaise with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. - Maintain manufacturing logs, shift documentation, and production tracking records. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Background or relevant experience in manufacturing/production supervision within FMCG, food & beverage, dairy, tea, noodles, or detergent manufacturing operations. - Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal communication capabilities. - Ability to solve problems on the production floor and adapt to fast-paced business expansion. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Cambodia (Khmer Beverages operations). - Working schedule: Standard operational shifts as required by the production facility. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation package and career advancement opportunities in an expanding organization. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can apply by submitting their resume via email or contacting the recruitment team via the provided phone numbers.
