Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Khmer Beverages is expanding into new business ventures (Milk, Tea, Noodle, Detergent) and is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its engineering department. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across plant machinery, production equipment, and auxiliary systems. - Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns swiftly to minimize production downtime in high-throughput lines. - Supervise technicians and engineering staff, allocating shift tasks and supervising technical repairs. - Manage spare parts inventory and equipment maintenance documentation. - Ensure all maintenance practices strictly comply with industrial safety and statutory guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Technical qualifications or degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. - Prior supervisory experience in equipment and facility maintenance within beverage, food, or FMCG processing/packaging plants. - Strong troubleshooting abilities with automated machinery, utility systems, and processing equipment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Cambodia (Khmer Beverages operational facilities). - Shift timings and on-call maintenance duties aligned with production schedules. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package with opportunities to grow within a leading manufacturing company. • Application Instructions: - Submit updated CV to the designated recruitment email or call the contact numbers provided.
