Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Khmer Beverages is expanding into new ventures (Milk, Tea, Noodle, Detergent) and is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee packaging operations, line productivity, and material handling. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise automated and manual packaging lines for various consumer products including liquid, dry food, and household cleaning products. - Monitor packaging line efficiency, throughput speed, packaging integrity, and product presentation. - Coordinate packing floor crews, assigning duties and ensuring rigorous adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. - Reduce packaging material scrap, downtime, and operational wastage. - Work in tandem with quality and maintenance teams to ensure consistent packaging quality and machinery reliability. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience supervising packaging operations within FMCG, food & beverage, dairy, or consumer goods manufacturing. - Practical knowledge of packaging machinery, automated packing lines, cartons, bottles, pouches, or wrapping technology. - Strong supervisory, problem-solving, and team-management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Cambodia (Khmer Beverages facilities). - Standard operational/production shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation package and opportunities for advancement. • Application Instructions: - Send updated CV to the designated HR email or contact the recruitment team via the provided phone numbers.
