Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Exiito Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Executive – QC & R&D to support beverage quality control, product testing, and research and development activities in the FMCG – Beverages industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct quality tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished beverages, including Brix, pH, acidity, colour, and sensory evaluation. - Monitor filling, bottling, packaging, labelling, and coding quality. - Assist with beverage formulation, product development trials, sample preparation, and shelf-life studies. - Maintain QC records, batch documentation, laboratory registers, and daily reports. - Ensure laboratory hygiene, GMP compliance, SOP adherence, and proper retention sample management. - Identify and promptly report quality deviations and food-safety concerns. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a relevant discipline. - Experience: Relevant experience in QC, R&D, or Quality Assurance within the FMCG, food processing, or beverage industry is preferred. - Knowledge of beverage testing, laboratory procedures, GMP, and food-safety practices. - Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Freshers with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in beverage QC & R&D may also apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Kim, Surat, Gujarat - Industry: FMCG – Beverages - Department: Quality Control (QC) & Research & Development (R&D) • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV via email or WhatsApp. Please note: strictly no calls; CVs are accepted via email or WhatsApp only.
