• Role & Company / Project Overview: An FMCG company in Guwahati, Assam is seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Manager (Beverages) to take on an exciting leadership opportunity. The role focuses on driving precision, quality, team leadership, and organizational growth. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee beverage manufacturing processes and ensure strict quality control and assurance standards - Lead the QC/QA team and drive quality operations across production lines - Conduct and oversee comprehensive beverage testing parameters including pH, Brix, acidity, carbonation, Total Soluble Solids (TSS), and microbiological testing - Maintain food safety standards and compliance throughout the manufacturing environment • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related disciplines - Experience: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on QC/QA experience within the beverage, FMCG, food, dairy, or bottling industry - Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of beverage manufacturing operations, laboratory testing protocols (pH, Brix, acidity, carbonation, TSS, microbiology), and full regulatory compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and ISO/FSSC 22000 standards - Proven leadership and team management capabilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Guwahati, Assam, India (Onsite) • Compensation & Benefits: - Up to ₹ 11 Lakhs CTC per annum • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their resume with the position title mentioned in the email subject line
