Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Bengal Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (Authorised Bottler of The Coca-Cola Company) is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Bardhaman Paraj facility in the Soft Drink & Beverage Manufacturing (Aseptic PET) industry. The role reports directly to the GM Plant. You will lead shift teams, drive productivity, and uphold strict Coca-Cola quality, safety, and aseptic PET manufacturing standards. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise line operations including aseptic filling, UHT processing, and packaging to achieve volume targets and line OEE. • Ensure 100% adherence to KORE, HACCP CCPs, CIP/SIP procedures, and GMP guidelines. • Coordinate breakdown resolutions, keep unplanned downtime under 30 minutes per shift, and oversee preventive maintenance. • Enforce 5S, PPE, and LOTO compliance while coaching supervisors and operators across all shifts. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in beverage manufacturing, with hands-on exposure to Aseptic PET and UHT processes. • Core Competencies: Proven expertise in CIP/SIP, HMI operations, food microbiology, and 8D root-cause problem solving. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bardhaman Paraj Plant, West Bengal, India. • Shift operations across all shifts with supervisory and operational leadership. Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation: Up to 22 LPA (Based on experience and last drawn salary).
