• Role & Company / Project Overview: Crescendo Global is recruiting an experienced Plant Manager to oversee end-to-end plant operations for a prominent beverage manufacturing facility located in Manesar (Gurgaon). The selected professional will lead manufacturing activities, drive productivity, optimize operational costs, and uphold overall operational excellence. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Direct and manage end-to-end plant manufacturing operations, driving plant productivity and operational efficiency. - Oversee production and plant maintenance operations to minimize downtime and achieve production targets. - Formulate and control plant budgeting, resource allocation, inventory management, and workforce scheduling. - Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and lead continuous improvement initiatives across all operational lines. - Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, including Critical Control Points (CCP), Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP), and Prerequisite Programs (PRP). - Provide strong leadership, team mentoring, and workforce management across all plant functions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of relevant industry experience. - Strong background and proven track record in beverage manufacturing operations. - Demonstrated expertise in production planning, plant engineering, and maintenance management. - Hands-on knowledge of plant budgeting, inventory control, and workforce supervision. - Thorough understanding and working experience with Lean Manufacturing, CCP, OPRP, and PRP food safety frameworks. - Exceptional operational management, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Onsite manufacturing plant). • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation package (discussed confidentially). • Application Instructions: - Share your updated CV for a confidential discussion.
