• Role & Company / Project Overview Helping Hand Careers & Workforce Solutions is hiring a Plant Manager for an Industrial & Specialty Gases Manufacturing facility located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage end-to-end plant operations and production activities. - Ensure high standards of product quality, workplace safety, and statutory compliance. - Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary plant teams. - Coordinate seamlessly with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and Logistics departments. - Monitor plant efficiency, inventory control, and operational costs. - Drive productivity initiatives and continuous process improvement. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of proven experience in Plant / Production Operations. - Prior experience in Industrial Gases, Specialty Gases, Chemical, or Process Industry is preferred. - Strong team management and leadership capabilities. - In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, plant operations, and statutory compliance. - Strong problem-solving, operational troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Full-time on-site plant management. - Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: ₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (as per experience). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV for consideration.
