Role & Company / Project Overview First People Solutions is hiring an SMW A320 Structure professional for an aircraft maintenance contract based in Budapest, Hungary. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Carry out sheet metal work (SMW) and structural repairs, modifications, and inspections on Airbus A320 aircraft • Ensure all structural work is executed in strict compliance with aviation safety, technical specifications, and regulatory standards • Work according to assigned shift schedules and operational timelines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 5 years of relevant A320 Structures experience • Mandatory right to work in Europe • Proven technical expertise in sheet metal work and aircraft structural maintenance Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location / Base: Budapest, Hungary • Contract Period: 23 November 2026 – 31 March 2027 • Shifts: Morning shifts • Shift Rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off Compensation & Benefits • Travel costs covered at the beginning and end of the contract • Accommodation allowance provided Application Instructions Interested candidates who meet the requirements should submit their application or reach out directly for further details.
