• Role & Company / Project Overview PG Global is recruiting an experienced FPU Maintenance Superintendent to join an exciting FPU offshore project in Turkey. Both positions will involve onshore and offshore responsibilities during the initial operational phase. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and oversee maintenance operations aboard the FPU facility. - Manage offshore maintenance teams and technical personnel. - Oversee CMMS implementation, mechanical and electrical systems, asset integrity, and commissioning tasks. - Supervise operational readiness and safety adherence across all maintenance procedures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven FPSO/FPU maintenance experience is essential. - Engineering degree (Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical). - STCW Marine First Engineer standard certification. - Extensive experience managing offshore maintenance teams. - Strong knowledge of CMMS, mechanical/electrical systems, commissioning, and asset integrity. - Ideally 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, including 5+ years in a supervisory position. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Turkey (onshore and offshore during initial operational phase). - Rotation: 28 days on / 28 days off. - Start Date: To be confirmed. • Compensation & Benefits - Accommodation provided. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV and relevant certifications to the specified recruiter email, clearly stating the position applied for.
