• Role & Company / Project Overview: SILGH Engineering is hiring an Offshore Coating Supervisor to oversee protective coating, surface prep, and corrosion protection activities on offshore installations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise coating crews and blast/paint operations on live offshore platforms and FPSO units - Enforce compliance with surface preparation, coating application, inspection, and corrosion protection standards - Manage job site safety, daily progress reporting, and quality requirements • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of coating supervision experience on live offshore platforms or FPSO projects - Strong knowledge of offshore coating, surface preparation, inspection, and corrosion protection standards - Must be a Ghanaian national - Valid offshore safety certification - Readiness to work on KNK / TEN FPSO facilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Offshore deployment on KNK / TEN FPSO facilities • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Email your resume with the application name in the subject line.
