Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an FPSO QA/QC Manager for the Venus FPSO Development project for assignments based in France, Singapore, and South Korea. The duration of the role is 1 to 4 years (renewable). The successful candidate will lead quality management activities, promote quality culture, and ensure compliance with project quality requirements throughout FPSO development, installation, hook-up, and offshore commissioning. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (QMS). • Provide quality guidance and support to the Project Management Team. • Supervise QA/QC Leaders and Engineers. • Review contractors' Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and audit schedules. • Coordinate quality audits and investigate quality issues. • Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual quality requirements. • Support FPSO installation, hook-up, and offshore commissioning activities. • Coordinate lessons-learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. • Promote HSE compliance and safe working practices. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. • Experience: 10 to 20 years of relevant professional experience. • Role Experience: Approximately 10 years in a similar QA/QC management role with managerial responsibilities. • Domain Expertise: Strong experience in Oil & Gas quality management; FPSO experience is highly desirable. • Core Competencies: Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and reporting skills. • Mobility: Willingness to undertake residential assignments in France, Singapore, and South Korea, with frequent offshore missions.
