Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring QA/QC Engineer for a leading Oil & Gas Construction Company in Oman (Site Based, Long Term assignment, 2 Vacancies). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. - Prepare, review, and execute Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and project Quality Plans. - Conduct quality audits, raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective Action Requests (CAR). - Maintain comprehensive quality records, documentation, and reporting systems. - Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across Construction, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning phases. - Perform and supervise multidisciplinary inspections across site activities. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. - 10+ years of relevant Oil & Gas construction industry experience. - 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Quality Management Systems as per ISO 9001. - Lead QMS Auditor certification – IRCA Registered or equivalent. - Strong background in ITPs, Quality Plans, internal/external audits, NCR/CAR lifecycle, and quality reporting. - Comprehensive experience across Construction, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning stages. - In-depth knowledge of international Oil & Gas codes, standards, and multidisciplinary inspection practices. - Certifications such as CSWIP, AWS, BGAS, ASQ, PMP, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Oman (Site Based). - Duration: Long Term. - Leave Rotation: 180 / 28 Days. • Compensation & Benefits: - Gross Salary: OMR 800 – OMR 1,000 per month. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated CV through the designated contact channel.
