Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Maintenance to spearhead ISBM (Injection Stretch Blow Moulding) Maintenance operations in the plastic packaging industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and supervise complete maintenance operations for ISBM machinery. - Direct, schedule, and optimize preventive and breakdown maintenance programs. - Supervise troubleshooting and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. - Champion machine performance improvement, root cause analysis, and downtime reduction programs across production units. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 6–10 Years in machine maintenance. - Strong hands-on and leadership experience with ISBM machines and troubleshooting. - Deep expertise in structuring and implementing preventive & breakdown maintenance. - Advanced technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. - Proven ability to reduce machine downtime and achieve continuous performance improvement. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Guwahati, Assam, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Budget: ₹9–10 LPA (INR 900,000 to INR 1,000,000 per annum). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can forward their CV for review.
