Role & Company / Project Overview: SSF Plastics India Ltd. is hiring a Process Engineer / ISBM Senior Engineer for its rigid plastics packaging manufacturing unit located in Guwahati, Assam. We are looking for a technically sound and experienced professional with strong knowledge of ISBM machine operations, production processes, quality control, and troubleshooting in the rigid plastics packaging industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Operate and monitor ISBM (Injection Stretch Blow Moulding) machines as per production plans. • Ensure product quality and process parameters are maintained. • Handle machine setup, process monitoring, and minor troubleshooting. • Perform routine machine inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance. • Monitor production output, rejection levels, and machine downtime. • Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams. • Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards. • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and company policies. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • CIPET / B.Sc. / Diploma in any stream. • 8–12 years of hands-on experience in operating ISBM machines. • Experience with MB50, DPW, 70DPW, 70H, and 12M machines. • Preference will be given to candidates with strong MB50 machine operating experience. • Sound technical understanding of production processes, quality control, and troubleshooting within the rigid plastics packaging sector. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: IGC, Jambari, Chaygaon, Kamrup, Guwahati, Assam – 781141. • Work setup: On-site plant manufacturing role. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and technical skills).
