### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Senior Injection Moulding Process Engineer to lead and optimize production operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage injection moulding processes across multiple machines and tonnages. • Optimize machine settings, cycle time, and production efficiency. • Troubleshoot moulding defects and improve product quality. • Manage PP material processing, mixing, and wastage control. • Develop SOPs, machine setting sheets, and quality standards. • Coordinate mould maintenance and train production teams. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Diploma or BE in Plastic, Polymer, or Mechanical Engineering. • 5–8 years of relevant injection moulding experience. • Strong hands-on knowledge of PP material processing. • Proven expertise in process optimization and defect troubleshooting. • Demonstrated ability to lead and train production teams. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India • Workplace type: On-site production facility ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard company compensation and benefits based on experience and qualification. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume with the recruitment team via the designated contact email.
