Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Maintenance Manager for an automotive and plastic component manufacturing facility located in Sonipat, Haryana. The role involves overseeing plant machinery, predictive maintenance, and utility management. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage overall mechanical and electrical maintenance of injection moulding machines, production lines, and plant equipment. - Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. - Handle troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, servo systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and electrical panels. - Monitor MTBF, MTTR, machine performance, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA). - Manage plant utilities including compressors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, and pumps. - Lead maintenance engineers and technicians, ensuring effective team management. - Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure machine safety, statutory compliance, and proper maintenance documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 8 to 12 Years. - Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Industry: Automotive / Plastic Component Manufacturing. - Preferred Company Background: JRG Automotive, Krishna Maruti, MATE, Polyplastics, Aar Aar Technoplast, Paramjyoti Movers, Avlight Automotives, Machino Plastics, Antolin, and other automotive plastic injection moulding companies. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sonipat, Haryana. - Onsite role within a manufacturing plant setup. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to 8 LPA. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated CV via the provided contact details.
