Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Maintenance Manager – Electrical, Mechanical & Automation for a full-time role located in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead electrical, mechanical, automation and utility maintenance. • Manage preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve machine uptime. • Handle PLC programming and troubleshooting, HMI systems, VFDs and servo drives. • Oversee extruders, compounding lines, compressors, chillers, DG sets and other plant equipment. • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and energy-saving initiatives. • Manage maintenance teams, budgets, critical spares, vendors and contractors. • Ensure statutory compliance, maintenance documentation and safe working practices, including LOTO. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10–15 years of relevant experience. • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or EEE. Diploma holders with extensive manufacturing maintenance experience may also be considered. • PLC exposure: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Schneider, or Allen-Bradley. • Knowledge of TPM, OEE, CMMS/ERP, and maintenance planning. • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and coordination skills. • Preferred Industry Background: Polymer compounding, plastics, extrusion, cable, rubber, chemical, or other continuous process manufacturing industries.
