• Role & Company / Project Overview: Shree Shyam G Snacks Food Ltd. is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Quality Head to lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function in the FMCG – Namkeen & Snacks Manufacturing industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the complete QA & QC function across manufacturing operations - Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP & food safety standards - Develop and maintain quality systems, SOPs and inspection standards - Monitor raw material, in-process & finished product quality - Handle customer complaints, CAPA and root-cause analysis - Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective actions - Lead and develop the Quality team - Coordinate with Production, R&D, Purchase and other departments for quality improvement - Drive continuous improvement in product quality, hygiene and food safety • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Relevant experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Namkeen & Snacks industry - Strong knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems - Leadership experience in handling a Quality team - Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills - Good knowledge of documentation, audits and regulatory compliance • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Hisar, Haryana - Full-time manufacturing plant operations • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their CV via email or contact number provided in the listing.
