Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are expanding our team and seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Executive to oversee quality standards across our three manufacturing facilities in Kundli / Sonipat. This role is ideal for a quality professional with a keen eye for detail and a solid background in manufacturing and packaging environments. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Multi-Plant Quality Oversight: Monitor, enforce, and maintain strict quality standards across all three manufacturing units. - Inspections & Audits: Supervise quality checks across incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Conduct internal audits and facilitate external compliance audits. - Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Identify defects, run RCAs, and drive immediate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with production and operations teams to minimize rejection rates and improve process efficiency. - Compliance Documentation: Ensure end-to-end documentation, testing reports, batch records, and compliance with industry standards. - Customer Resolution: Address client feedback and quality grievances with fast, data-backed resolutions. - Team Enablement: Conduct regular on-floor training sessions on QA/QC best practices for plant operators. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Production, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field. - Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on QA/QC experience, ideally within the packaging sector (flexible packaging, poly bags, paper bags, corrugated, etc.). - Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of QA tools, testing equipment, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and root-cause methodologies. - Operational Agility: Willingness to travel locally between plants located across the Kundli and Sonipat industrial clusters. - Soft Skills: Sharp analytical thinking, proactive communication, and strong multi-unit coordination skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Kundli / Sonipat, Haryana (Managing 3 manufacturing plants). • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month. - Benefits: Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident Insurance. • Application Instructions - Submit updated resume mentioning Application – QA Executive – Kundli/Sonipat in the subject or reach out via official contact channels.
