Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced QA Executive – Pharmaceutical to join our quality assurance team in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessment. • Manage QA documentation, including SOPs, protocols, reports, BMRs, BPRs, and other quality records. • Coordinate and execute validation activities, including process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification. • Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, and applicable regulatory guidelines. • Review batch manufacturing and packaging records to ensure compliance with approved procedures. • Conduct internal audits, self-inspections, and support regulatory inspections. • Ensure data integrity and proper documentation practices. • Monitor validation protocols, reports, and document control activities. • Coordinate with QC, Production, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues. • Ensure timely closure of deviations, CAPA, and change controls. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: Minimum 7+ Years • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc • Strong knowledge of QMS, Validation, and QA Documentation. • Comprehensive understanding of GMP, cGMP, WHO-GMP, and USFDA guidelines. • Working knowledge of SOP management, risk assessment, and audit compliance. • Strong documentation, analytical, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
