Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: A corrugated carton manufacturing facility is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the carton manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Monitor quality at all stages of corrugation, printing, die-cutting, and finishing. • Conduct in-process and final product inspections against approved specifications. • Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. • Maintain QA reports, inspection records, and quality documentation. • Identify defects, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and coordinate Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA). • Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for quality improvement. • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Quality, Engineering, Packaging, or a related field. • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within manufacturing. • Experience in Carton, Corrugated, Packaging, Paper, or Printing industry is preferred. • Knowledge of QC tools, inspection techniques, RCA/CAPA, and quality documentation. • Good MS Excel/Office skills, analytical ability, and high attention to detail. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Full-time employment on-site at Korangi Industrial Area, Mehran Town, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Compensation & Benefits: • Monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 75,000.
