Job description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced R&D Specialist / Manager specializing in Dairy & Yogurt to join our FMCG / Dairy Manufacturing team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bekasi, West Java. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of developing new low-temperature fermented milk and flavored yogurt products from lab-scale formulations to full commercial production. Key responsibilities include optimizing product flavor profiles, enhancing product stability, achieving cost optimization, and solving complex production issues such as syneresis and after-acidification. Additionally, the role involves benchmarking competitor products, selecting raw materials, managing microbial cultures and stabilizer systems, and conducting stability trials and sensory evaluations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Fermentation Engineering, or a related field, along with 3 to 4 years of specialized experience in fermented yogurt/dairy R&D. Fluency in Mandarin for technical and business communication, as well as Indonesian, is strictly required.
