We are a global executive search firm partnering with a leading dairy manufacturer to identify an accomplished production leader to drive operational excellence across its yogurt manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have 12 to 15 years of production experience in the dairy industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, B.Tech, or M.Tech. Strong expertise in set yogurt, drinking yogurt, UHT yogurt, and fermented dairy products is required, as well as hands-on experience in pasteurization, homogenization, sterilization, incubation, filling operations, cold rooms, and blast freezers. Proven experience in production planning, manpower management, OEE improvement, productivity enhancement, loss reduction, and cost optimization is essential. Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Systems, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement is required. The role involves leading large production teams while driving quality, safety, and operational performance. Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Food Safety Auditor are advantageous.
