• Role & Company / Project Overview PT Formosa Ingredient Factory Tbk is a food manufacturing company producing beverage ingredients such as tapioca pearls (bubble), jelly, jam, and syrup, certified to ISO 22000:2018 standards in Tangerang. The company is expanding its product lines and establishing a new manufacturing facility in the Teluk Naga Industrial Area, Tangerang, and is hiring a Quality Control Formulator. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Meticulously and precisely control recipe measurements and hygiene standards. - Check incoming raw material quality to ensure strict adherence to company recipe standards. - Responsively find and apply solutions for any discrepancies in taste or overall quality of food formulations. - Properly and accurately document all recipe data and formulation records. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field within the Food Industry/Products. - Understanding of quality assurance systems such as HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and BPOM regulations. - No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field is a plus. - Resident in Tangerang or willing to relocate to Tangerang. - Creative, responsible, and capable of working both individually and within a team. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working hours: Willing to work in shifts. - Facility Location: Pergudangan Laksana Business Park, Buaran Bambu, Block RA.01A, Pakuhaji District, Tangerang Regency, Banten 15570, Indonesia (Teluk Naga Industrial Area). • Compensation & Benefits - Specific salary not disclosed.
