Role & Company / Project Overview: Flexiic is a funded start-up engineering a new generation of flexible electronic products and integrated circuits built upon organic and oxide semiconductors. We are looking for Flexible Electronics Product Engineers to join our Barcelona team, take technical ownership, and help bring revolutionary flexible electronic hardware products from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive product engineering processes for flexible electronic products and integrated circuits. • Integrate organic and oxide semiconductor devices into complete, reliable product solutions. • Interface with test, IC design, and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth product development cycles. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Multiple qualification levels considered: - BSc-level engineers, including strong recent graduates. - MSc-level engineers, including strong recent graduates. - PhD-level engineers, or candidates with equivalent relevant experience. • Educational background in Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related discipline. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Barcelona, Spain (based on-site). Compensation & Benefits: • Annual Base Salary: - BSc-level: around €32,000 base salary. - MSc-level: around €42,000 base salary. - PhD-level (or equivalent experience): €52,000 base salary. • Annual bonus of 10%, tied to company milestones. • Possibility of stock options.
