• Role & Company / Project Overview USIL Technologies is an early-stage startup developing an innovative physical product for the home and wellness space. We have the core components and are looking for a hands-on Mechanical & Electronics Engineer to integrate them into a fully functional, bench-tested working prototype. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - PCB Development: Own circuit design, component selection, layout, fabrication files, assembly, and testing (power, controls, and sensors) - Mechanical Design: Design mechanical parts, mounts, and enclosures in CAD so electronics fit cleanly and remain serviceable for testing and repairs - Build & Troubleshoot: Assemble physical prototypes, conduct bench testing, log results, and resolve electromechanical issues - Manufacturing & Sourcing: Collaborate with product designers and manufacturing partners on materials, tolerances, sourcing, and assembly costs • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven track record building physical products from the ground up - Dual capability across mechanical CAD and PCB design tools (e.g., KiCad or Altium) - Strong bench testing and hardware troubleshooting skills - Embedded firmware experience (or experience collaborating with firmware engineers) is a plus • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Type: Early-Stage Startup Opportunity - Domain: Consumer Hardware / Home & Wellness - Location: Not explicitly stated • Application Instructions Interested candidates who want to build with USIL Technologies should submit their updated resume to the contact email specified.
