Role & Company / Project Overview: Silmates Private Limited is seeking a motivated Hardware Engineer who is passionate about electronics, PCB design, and hardware development. The candidate will build practical engineering skills and contribute to real-world electronic product development. This role is ideal for individuals who have a basic understanding of electronic circuits and hands-on or academic exposure to Altium Designer. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and modify electronic schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer. • Assist in circuit design, component selection, and PCB development. • Support prototype development, PCB assembly, and board bring-up. • Perform hardware testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. • Work with electronic components, sensors, microcontrollers, and embedded hardware. • Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical engineering teams. • Maintain hardware design documentation and testing records. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE). • Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Freshers with strong academic projects or practical exposure to hardware design and Altium Designer may also apply). • Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics. • Mandatory basic knowledge of Altium Designer. • Understanding of schematic capture and PCB layout. • Familiarity with electronic components and PCB manufacturing. • Basic knowledge of testing equipment such as a Digital Multimeter and oscilloscope. • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative engineering team. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-Time. • Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India (Onsite).
