Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a qualified Hardware Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our core engineering team in Goa. This role focuses on end-to-end embedded hardware development, validation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute embedded hardware design and development from architecture to implementation • Perform schematic design and component selection based on design criteria • Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) • Conduct signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analysis • Review PCB layouts to guarantee performance and reliability • Carry out board bring-up and hardware validation processes • Perform thorough hardware debugging and troubleshooting • Conduct EMC/EMI testing and drive regulatory compliance • Ensure seamless hardware and software system integration Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 3–5 years in embedded hardware engineering • Core expertise in embedded hardware design, schematics, component selection, and BOM preparation • Proven track record in PCB layout review, signal/power integrity, and thermal analysis • Strong hands-on proficiency in board bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and EMC/EMI testing • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 15 days are preferred • Geographic Condition: Candidates from Kerala are not being considered for this opportunity Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Goa, India • Work arrangement: Onsite engineering role Application Instructions: • Interested candidates with matching qualifications and notice period can forward their updated resume.
