• Role & Company / Project Overview Actively hiring a Senior PCB Designer in Noida to design the hardware powering the future of EV Charging, IoT & Smart Electronics. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, production-ready electronic hardware for next-generation EV Charging Infrastructure, IoT Devices, Smart Controllers, Industrial Automation, and Energy Management Systems. Transform electrical schematics into production-ready PCB layouts with a team building technology designed and engineered in India for the world. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Transform electrical schematics into production-ready PCB layouts. - Design multilayer PCBs ranging from 2 to 16+ layers. - Execute high-speed and mixed-signal layouts, controlled impedance routing, and signal integrity & power integrity analysis. - Execute power electronics & high-current PCB design, high-voltage component placement, analog & RF routing, and thermal optimization. - Handle EMI/EMC and ESD considerations. - Implement DFM, DFA, and DFT methodologies. - Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams. - Mentor junior PCB designers and enforce quality, reliability, and production readiness. • Products You Will Design - EV Charging Infrastructure, IoT Gateways, Sensor Products, Smart Relays, Industrial Automation, Embedded Systems, Communication Modules, and Energy Management Systems. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: B.E. / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Experience: 8–12+ years of PCB layout and hardware development experience. - Strong PCB design and electronics fundamentals with proven experience from concept to production. - Proven domain experience in EV Charging / Power Electronics / Industrial Electronics / IoT preferred. - PCB Design Tools: Altium Designer (Preferred), Cadence Allegro, OrCAD PCB Designer, Mentor Xpedition; KiCad is a bonus. - High-Speed & Hardware Exposure: USB, Ethernet, CAN, RS485, SPI, I2C, UART; PCIe & DDR routing preferred. - Strong knowledge of Analog & Digital Electronics, Embedded Systems & Microcontrollers, Power Supplies & Switching Regulators, MOSFET & Power Component Layout, High-Voltage & High-Current PCB Design. - Manufacturing & Compliance: Knowledge of IPC Standards, UL, CE, IEC, EMI/EMC. Manufacturing exposure to SMT, Through-Hole, Panelization, Reflow, Wave Soldering, AOI, ICT, Flying Probe, and Functional Testing. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Full-time onsite engineering position. • Compensation & Benefits - Offered CTC: ₹10,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum (10–15 LPA). • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV directly to the provided hiring email addresses.
