Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: A fast-growing EV Charging & E-Mobility company (Aadira Softtech) is hiring for a full-time EV Charger Assembly Technician in Noida. The technician will be responsible for the assembly, electrical wiring, inspection, testing, and basic troubleshooting of AC & DC EV chargers. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assemble AC/DC EV chargers as per engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) • Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, crimping, ferruling, and lugging • Install and connect MCB/MCCB, RCCB, contactors, relays, SMPS, PCBs, and connectors • Perform mechanical assembly of charger enclosures • Check polarity, continuity, earthing, and electrical connections • Conduct basic functional testing and troubleshooting • Read and follow wiring diagrams and technical drawings • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety procedures, and quality standards Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: B.Tech in ECE / Electronics & Communication Engineering • Experience: 1 to 3 years in EV Charging, Electrical, or E-Mobility industry • Electrical/electronic wiring and assembly expertise • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams • Knowledge of multimeter operation and basic electrical testing methods • Hands-on experience with hand and power tools • Proficiency in crimping, lugging, and connector assembly • Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India • Employment Type: Full-Time Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email.
