Role & Company / Project Overview: Flexiic is a funded start-up developing a new generation of flexible electronic products and integrated circuits using organic and oxide semiconductors. We are expanding our technical team in Barcelona with immediate openings in Electronic Test & Characterisation, offering the opportunity to take real technical ownership and shape a breakthrough semiconductor and flexible-electronics platform from the ground up. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct rigorous electronic test and characterisation of integrated circuits and flexible electronics. • Validate and evaluate prototype circuits fabricated with organic and oxide semiconductors. • Document test procedures, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with design teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Levels open for hiring: - BSc-level engineers, including strong recent graduates. - MSc-level engineers, including strong recent graduates. - PhD-level engineers, or candidates with equivalent relevant experience. • Relevant background in electrical engineering, electronic testing, device characterisation, and laboratory instrumentation. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site role). Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary structure: - BSc-level: around €32,000 base salary per year. - MSc-level: around €42,000 base salary per year. - PhD-level (or equivalent experience): €52,000 base salary per year. • Annual bonus of 10%, based on company-wide milestones. • Possibility of stock options.
