• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced Medical Coding professionals for the position of EM IP Coder based out of our Bangalore office. Join our team, build your career, and take advantage of great opportunities in healthcare RCM. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Review and analyze medical records, inpatient charts, and clinical documentation. - Accurately assign and code Evaluation and Management (E/M) inpatient professional and facility services adhering to medical coding guidelines. - Maintain high accuracy and quality benchmarks in medical record coding. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Life Science degree is mandatory. - Experienced candidates only with hands-on EM IP coding background. - In-depth knowledge of inpatient coding, medical terminology, and E/M guidelines. - Immediate joiners preferred (able to join within 3 days). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard industry compensation package commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions: - Interested and qualified candidates may share their updated CV via WhatsApp to HR.
