• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst for the EM IP QA role based at our Bangalore office. The position is responsible for overseeing coding quality, audit workflows, and compliance for inpatient E/M healthcare accounts. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Perform rigorous quality analysis and audit of coded EM Inpatient files. - Evaluate coding accuracy against clinical documentation and coding guidelines. - Track quality trends, analyze root causes of errors, and deliver feedback and training to coding teams. - Prepare audit summary reports and ensure error thresholds remain within client SLAs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Life Science degree is strictly required. - Experienced candidates only, with specialized background in EM IP Quality Analysis. - In-depth mastery of E/M inpatient documentation and coding rules. - Immediate joiners preferred (able to join within 3 days). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Industry competitive compensation based on experience. • Application Instructions: - Share updated resume via WhatsApp to HR.
