Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst for the EM IP/OP QA role in Bangalore. Be a part of our healthcare quality team ensuring excellence in inpatient and outpatient medical coding. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Perform comprehensive quality reviews on both EM IP and EM OP medical coding files. - Verify ICD-10-CM and CPT code assignments, modifiers, and medical necessity documentation. - Provide error analysis, regular quality reporting, and coaching sessions to coding teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Life Science degree is strictly mandatory. - Previous QA experience in both EM Inpatient and Outpatient coding. - Experienced candidates only. - Immediate joiners preferred (within 3 days). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation according to experience and standards. • Application Instructions: - Send updated resume via WhatsApp to HR.
