Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced EM IP Coder to join our US Healthcare team. This is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) position based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Perform medical coding for Emergency Department (EM) and Inpatient (IP) records strictly complying with US Healthcare standards. • Review clinical charts, operative notes, and hospital documentation to ensure accurate diagnostic and procedural coding. • Ensure high levels of coding accuracy, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and meet daily turnaround and quality metrics. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 3 years of core experience in EM IP medical coding within US Healthcare operations. • Mandatory Medical Coding Certification (CPC, CIC, COC, or recognized equivalent). • Thorough knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT guidelines, and medical terminology. • Strictly no freshers; candidates must have verifiable domain experience. • Immediate joiners only.
