• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced EM IP (Evaluation & Management Inpatient) Coder for our US Healthcare medical coding operations located in Bangalore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Review and code inpatient Evaluation and Management (EM IP) charts and medical records. - Apply relevant ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes accurately in compliance with standard US healthcare regulations. - Ensure error-free chart processing and maintain established daily productivity quotas. - Collaborate with quality leads and peers to ensure billing compliance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Relevant experience in Evaluation and Management Inpatient (EM IP) coding. - Strong command over CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS code books. - Mandatory medical coding certification (e.g., CPC, CIC, or equivalent). - Eligibility: Immediate joiners only.
