Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an ENM IP Coder to join our US Healthcare RCM process team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle inpatient Evaluation and Management (E&M) coding accurately in accordance with established guidelines. • Thoroughly review inpatient medical records and assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes. • Consistently meet and maintain coding accuracy, quality benchmarks, and productivity targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 4 years of relevant ENM IP coding experience. • Good, in-depth knowledge of US Healthcare coding guidelines and industry standards. • Medical coding certification preferred or mandatory as per process requirements.
