### Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring an experienced Senior Industrial PCB Repair / Diagnostics Engineer with 8-10+ years of hands-on expertise in industrial PCB diagnostics and component-level repair of multilayer PCBs. Candidates from anywhere across India are welcome to apply. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct multilayer PCB fault diagnosis and short-circuit tracing independently. - Perform component-level PCB repair and troubleshooting on complex assemblies. - Execute surface-mount device (SMD) rework and switched-mode power supply (SMPS) diagnostics and repair. - Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex industrial PCB failures. - Utilize standard testing instruments effectively throughout diagnostic workflows. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8 to 10+ years of hands-on expertise in industrial PCB diagnostics and component-level repair. - Proficiency with diagnostic test bench equipment: oscilloscopes, LCR meters, digital multimeters, and bench power supplies. - Demonstrated capability in multilayer PCB troubleshooting, short-circuit tracing, SMD rework, and SMPS repair. - Preferred experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC systems), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI systems), servo drives, motion control equipment, power electronics, and industrial instrumentation. - Important Note: Specifically seeking professionals with direct, hands-on PCB repair and diagnostics experience.
